- Detail out new software system solutions;
- Map solution developed to business unit space;
- Provide support for project execution;
- Responsible for software and application solution design;
- Develop and test software and identify and resolve any arising technical issues;
- Monitor software quality and validate performance of applications.
- Prepare and produce releases of software components;
- Participate in code review and support continuous improvement, investigating alternatives and technologies, and presenting for architectural review.
- Arrange and attend stakeholder meetings with technical team members and ensure feedback of stakeholder responses and requests to technical teams are handled;
- Schedule, manage and coordinate releases across multiple applications within various portfolios across different teams and projects;
- Ensure all team members are adhering to engineering best practices as well as enforcing DevOps policies.
- Travel required to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems followed by 5 years of progressive experience in the job offered or 5 years of progressive experience in the related occupation of Software Developer, Program Manager, IT Quality Assurance, Technical Manager or equivalent utilizing principles of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in order to perform Delivery Operations, manage numerous activities and transform diversified portfolio deliveries.
- 5 years of experience required designing Agile Scaled Framework and working on value-focused methods for scaling Agile to the Enterprise level, as well as promoting value for Portfolio level, Program level and Team level engagement by implementing SAFe framework with cross-functional for architecture and DevOps.
- 5 years of experience to include conducting Agile/scrum audits and achieving Telecom domain SME and Delivery Excellence for domain SME for CMB and Wireless Telecom. Travel and relocation possible to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.
