Location: Albany, NYMandatory Qualifications:
- Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Specialist
- Four (4) or more years of experience in UI/UX experience design on full life cycle of design deliverables (wireframes, mockups, journey maps, prototypes, story boards, user surveys).
- Four (4) or more years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma. Experience with User research, user modeling and usability testing.
- Experience with User research, user modeling and usability testing.
- Experience with CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
- Three or more years of experience in supervising employees.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human-computer interaction or design related field.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Managing a team of junior designers
- Consulting with stakeholders to understand business goals
- Planning and conducting user research, as well as explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Developing user models and scenarios
- Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
- Creating and iterating on prototypes
- Conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to improve the user experience
- Assisting with content development
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
