Job Description:Do you want to progress your career in the preferred bank for corporate and institutional customers in the Nordics? Join us as a Finance Business Partner, where you will have an important role in enhancing the value creation in the large corporates and institutions (LC&I) business unit.Finance Business Partner - Large Corporates & InstitutionsLC&I serves the most complex financing and transaction needs of large corporate and institutional customers. We offer expertise in funding, risk management and investments, including specialised finance, structured transactions, loan syndications, credit structuring and wholesale equities, besides investor services and transaction banking, including a whole suite of award-winning cash management and trade finance solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be joining a dedicated team of Finance Business Partners anchored in LC&I Performance Management within CFO Area. The team's mission is to enable value creation by sharing insights and analysis in the financial steering of LC&I.You will take the role as Finance Business Partner for a business area within LC&I. This includes responsibility for management reporting, as well as collaborating with senior management on how to unlock value potential through optimisation of the unit's financial performance.Key Tasks:

Act as Financial Business Partner for a business area within LC&I.
Be the CFO Area representative in the business areas management team.
Coordinate the financial planning & analysis (FP&A) process for the business area.
Develop a sustainable framework to unlock value potential through finance partnering.
Contribute to adopting a more data-driven style of decision making.

A relevant master level degree.
0 - 2 years of relevant working experience.
Stakeholder management capabilities and skills in establishment of trusted relationships through impactful communication and value-added insights.
Curiosity in data analytics and digitisation with interest in tools like Excel, SQL, Python and Tableau/Power BI.
An open mindset to make things happen in a diverse and complex organisation.
Proficiency in oral and written English.
