- Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads through various digital channels such as display advertising, paid search, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for organic traffic growth, and optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and creative to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and product offerings.
- Explore and implement opportunities for leveraging AI tools and technology to enhance efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and improve overall performance.
- Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs), providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, ad tech, SEO, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the curve.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, and implement technical SEO enhancements to enhance website performance and user experience.
- Explore and implement opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) within digital marketing processes to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance overall marketing performance.
- Native Spanish speaker with excellent written skills
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing (within the ad tech industry is a plus), with a strong understanding of programmatic advertising, ad networks, demand-side platforms (DSPs), real-time bidding (RTB), and SEO best practices
- Demonstrated expertise in managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on driving measurable results and ROI
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring innovative marketing strategies
- Fluency in Portuguese is a plus
