We are looking for an ambitious EXPERIENCED Sales Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Sales department. We has been paving the path for a brighter and healthier way we consume energy. As an Sales Manager, you will :
  • Provide feedback, support, and coaching to the Sales team.
  • Evaluate their performance; and lead meetings to discuss benchmarks and goals.
  • Act as part of the sales team, calling exclusive, qualified inbound leads and making outbound calls for follow-up and referral generation.
  • Showcasing our strengths and our brand by highlighting what makes us unique.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads to successfully grow the team.
What you'll bring : Sales experience, with solar experience! (A MUST) Experience in all aspects of planning sales strategy while leading a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of our offerings and how to explain them to customers. Ability to work under pressure to meet and exceed our sales goals.
