- Greet customers who come into the location
- Building report with existing and new clients
- Answer calls, dispatch technicians, and monitor/adjust the schedule as required
- Organize service calls, and maintain a record for scheduled maintenance
- Handle all client issues and quality assurance
- Invoicing support as neededQualifications

Pleasant demeanor over the phone, emails and in person
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
