Production Specialist for Wrap Sign Shop

- Material Preparation. Prepare and organize materials required for signage and wrap production processes, including labeling vinyl sheets, laminates, adhesives, and other necessary supplies.
- Laminating. Apply laminates to printed vinyl to enhance durability, protect against UV rays, and provide a glossy or matte finish.
- Cutting and Trimming. Use cutting plotters or digital cutters to precisely cut out printed graphics and designs according to specifications. Remove excess vinyl and trim materials as needed to create clean edges and accurate shapes.
- Quality Control. Inspect printed materials and cut graphics for imperfections, inconsistencies, or defects. Verify that colors, dimensions, and design elements match client requirements and approved proofs.
- Installation. Assist in the installation of vehicle wraps, wall graphics, window graphics, post and panel signs, facility branding and all type of signage. Ensuring that vinyl and laminates are applied accurately, smoothly, and without air bubbles or wrinkles. Trim and finish vinyl neatly and professionally, adhering to best practices for long-lasting results.
- Shop. Maintenance and Vehicle Intake Care: Perform routine cleaning of workspace and shop to ensure optimal performance for team. Cleaning vehicles as they come into shop for wrapping with degreasers and or isopropyl alcohol to ensure surfaces are prepped for the vehicle wrap installation team.
- 3+ years sign shop or wrap shop experience with production, signage and installation.
- Troubleshoot problems as they arise
- Extensive knowledge of vinyls, substrates and installation techniques

- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy materials, equipment, and perform installation tasks.
