Job Description:Your way to impact
  • You will be responsible for managing the investment and talent acquisition for more than $300M in agency relationships across 20+ agencies in all sectors including: Traditional, Digital, Content Marketing, SEO/SEM, PR, HR Recruiting, Experiential Marketing, Sponsorship, Cross Cultural and partnering with the in-house creative team.
  • Negotiate all business terms for agency agreements in partnership with Sourcing & Legal teams.
  • You will design and implement processes for briefing, creative reviews and other agency activities.
  • Participate and lead industry issues including diversity & inclusion and other initiatives with industry organizations
Your day to day
  • Continuously identify, assess, screen and onboard all agency talent for PayPal.
  • Build and lead the annual agency planning process/agency summit to build both project based and annual retainer-based agency relationship for the following year and manage adjustments throughout the year.
  • Build and manage relationships with agency senior leadership to drive issue resolution, decision making, diversity & inclusion, and other initiatives.
  • Managing ongoing agency resource needs throughout the year to define pricing/scopes of work for all emerging client needs/competitive responses.
  • Develop Agency Efficiency Metrics and Dashboards to Optimize ROI on Agency Performance
  • Develop an agency management performance program and lead agency/client performance assessment process and associated process improvements
What do you need to bring-
  • Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading agency relationships including onboarding/offboarding agencies
  • Experience securing agency talent, building agency staffing plans and standardizing agency related process.
  • Demonstrated experience with Budget Management processes for global agency spend including the tracking and reporting of fees, paid media and production.
  • Adaptable to multiple leadership styles and ability to scale to all levels of the organization
