  • Quick learner with strong adherence to policies and directions.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and adept at navigating multiple screens efficiently.
  • 1+ year of medical office/hospital experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strict adherence to HIPAA laws.
  • Typing speed of 45+ wpm.
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
  • Willingness to travel to off-site locations (Outpatient only).
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a high-volume healthcare facility or medical office setting.
  • High school graduate or equivalent; continuing education preferred.
  • strong medical terminology and insurance knowledge.
  • Valid driver's license for off-site travel (Outpatient/Financial counseling only).
  • bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin preferred.
  • Completion of HPE comprehensive training program and certification.
