- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning and design, urban policy, sustainable development, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in urban planning or master planning.
- Proven experience working on projects in the MENA region, particularly the GCC.
- Professional membership in RTPI, AICP, PIA, CIP, SIP, or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong technical and business acumen.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
