WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

• Unloading Trucks/Semi’s with Conveyor Belt System: Safely and efficiently unload incoming shipments using our conveyor belt system.
• Using a Small Wheel Loader to Assist in Product Handling: Assist in the movement of products by operating a small wheel loader to facilitate the loading process into the blender.
• Manual Forklift Operation: Skillfully operate manual forklifts to transport and stack materials as needed.
• Loading Feed onto a Dolly: Utilize proper techniques to load feed onto dollies for transport within the warehouse.
• Fertilizer Blender Operation: Operate the fertilizer blender following established procedures and safety protocols.
• Pulling Orders According to Ticket: Accurately fulfill orders by retrieving the correct items based on provided tickets.
• Sweeping and General Debris Pickup: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse by performing sweeping and general debris pickup tasks.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders as needed.

• Work Attire: Candidates must adhere to the prescribed work attire, including jeans, shirt, and work boots. Masks will be provided in designated fertilizer areas.
• Language Skills: Must be proficient in reading and speaking English to effectively communicate with team members and follow instructions.
• Ability to Read a Scale for Blender Operations:Capable of reading and understanding scale measurements for efficient blender operation.
• Prior experience with forklift and wheel loader operation is advantageous, but candidates will receive training on safe equipment operation.
