We're seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate Representative, Client Onboarding/Transitions/Conversions/Know Your Client to join our Client Activation team. This role is located in Pune, MH- HYBRID. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Provides quality support to clients with complex transactions and processes on a daily basis. Independently assists clients by responding to phone, email and other inquiries regarding company products, services and procedures. Responds to client questions on the process and request and provides assistance for issues that have been escalated by junior team members. Research and resolves moderately complex operational or client issues. Routes issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate team, in accordance with documented procedures. Assists in providing status updates on problem resolution and outstanding issues to other teams Assists with process improvement by contributing ideas to improve team efficiency. No direct reports. Provides guidance to less experienced staff. Responsible for the quality and completion of own work To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Working in a team to deliver best possible client service related to analyzing and maintaining client's documents Ensuring documents are uploaded correctly and match regulatory requirements in order to support the daily business responsibilities whilst minimizing the potential risk and financial loss in the inherent process Demonstrate understanding of the various regulations applicable to the role and the associated control framework to ensure ongoing adherence. Demonstrate good communication skill (Written and Spoken) in English as the role would involve communicating with internal and external clients. Generating and providing information to questions from internal and external clients Graduate or BBA/MBA degree required Minimum 1.5 years of experience required.
