Position Purpose:Provide administrative support to maintain business operations. Maintain an organized work environment, including file maintenance.Essential Functions:
  • Direct Operations Support
  • Support safety initiatives by assisting with audit prep & other projects as assigned
  • Support ISO initiatives by assisting with audit prep & other projects as assigned
  • Support IATF initiatives by assisting with audit prep & other projects as assigned
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including calendar management, reporting on performance metrics, recording and communicating action items from meetings, compiling documents for meetings, & requisition entry.
  • Maintain documentation for daily/weekly tracking reports as required.
  • Staff Support
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including calendar management, reporting on performance metrics, recording and communicating action items from meetings, compiling documents for meetings, & requisition entry.
  • Monitor office supply inventory & provide Purchasing with information for ordering
  • Support HR activity as needed (orientation, event planning, plant communication)
  • Manage employee badges (pictures, print)
  • Manage PPE vending users
  • Front desk responsibilities; answer & direct incoming calls and direct visitors as needed
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships with employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain regular attendance.
Education and Training
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree in a business-related field preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3 to 4 years of clerical experience required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and other PC programs
  • Sound judgment in decision-making and establishing priorities
  • Proactive attitude oriented toward making continuous improvements
  • Highly organized, positive, and multi-tasking individual a must
  • Experience managing multiple assignments/projects and conflicting priorities with short deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with employees from all levels of the organization and maintain confidential information.
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position constantly.
  • Minimal need to move about inside office and plant floor.
  • Constant motion of hands, wrists, or fingers such as typing, filing, and writing.
