11:00a - 3:00p or
5:00p-9:00pHires will be cross-trained for both Chandler and Good Sam ED Registration areas. Rotating holiday.On-call staff may have the opportunity to advance to a full time position if desired. On-call positions is a great way to get your foot in the door at UKHC ED Registration Department. Possibilities are unlimited.Job SummaryPosition includes the following:
- Arriving and Updating/Registration of Emergency Department patients
-Copay/payment collection at time of service
-Customer ServiceSkills / Knowledge / AbilitiesHigh level of keyboarding accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to maintain calm during stressful situations and provide excellent customer service. Ability to effectively prioritize work. Must have schedule flexibility.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/ExperiencePrior patient registration experience preferred. Customer service background such as retail, call center, hospitality, etc., also very helpful.
