Job Type: RegularAdmissions and Recruitment Outreach CoordinatorThe Pardee RAND Graduate School seeks an Admissions and Recruitment Outreach Coordinator to manage recruitment and outreach efforts for multiple degree programs. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing applicant data, planning admissions events, managing leads, and supporting admitted students through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, marketing, talent acquisition, and enrollment management, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Serve as the recruiter to identify, curate, and generate interest from a pipeline of potential students.Provide information and guidance to prospective students on how to navigate the admissions process.​Utilize a CRM system to track applicant data and communication.​Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of applicants alongside the Associate Dean for Enrollment and New ProgramsManage the enrollment process for admitted students.Support paid and unpaid marketing efforts, blog content, and social media campaigns.​Manage partnerships with various external agencies, organizations, and other stakeholders.QualificationsKnowledge of graduate admissions policies and procedures required.Project management or enrollment management required.Analytical and data management skills preferred.Strong Microsoft skills preferred.Experience with admissions management software and CRM software preferred.Education RequirementsA BA/BS is degree required.A Master’s degree preferred.ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience required. 6-8 years preferred.LocationSanta MonicaSalary Range$55,900 - $92,300RAND considers a variety of factors when formulating an offer, including but not limited to, the specific role and associated responsibilities; a candidate’s work experience, education/training, skills, expertise; and internal equity. The salary range includes base pay plus RAND’s sabbatic pay (which provides additional compensation above base pay when vacation is taken).
