This position is primarily responsible for ensuring high quality and continuity in the provision of comprehensive primary medical care services. The RMA/CMA/LPN is utilized in performing typical front and back office clinical functions. The RMA/CMA /LPN is under the overall on-site supervision of the Neurology Supervisor.Environmental Hazards:
Possible exposure to hazardous material, hot and cold, blood borne pathogens .Physical Requirements:
May carry items including medical records and medical supplies weighing less than 25 pounds for short distances. Ability to assist and lift, both adults and children. -Valid Driver License required
- Current Registered MA/LPN licensure required in the state
of Oklahoma.
- Current CPR certificationPlease attach copies of certifications and licenses to your application, if possible. You will be asked to present these if you are selected for an interview.Skills, Proficiencies and Knowledge:
-Knowledge of all areas related to clinic workflow.
-Excellent customer service skills and good communication skills.
-Ability to multi-task while providing good patient care.
-Good computer skills and ability to learn new computer systems as needed.
-Primary skills include verbal and written communication with patients to promote continuity of care and follow-up as well as daily retrieval and scanning/filing of clinical encounter forms and reports for use by clinic staff during patient care activities.Preferred:
-Reception, scheduling, and medical records experience preferable.
-Experience with EPIC highly desirable.
