As a Marketing Executive, you'll have the opportunity to unleash your creativity, drive impactful campaigns, and make a tangible difference in this business growth. From developing strategic marketing plans to executing engaging campaigns across various channels, you'll be at the forefront of their mission to captivate audiences and drive brand awareness.Salary: €30,000 -€35,000Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Website design, development and maintenance across different platforms including WordPress, SquareSpace, Wix and Shopify.
- Managing the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, A/B testing, conversion funnels and promotional campaigns.
- Paid social campaigns management: multiple campaigns & account budgets, bidding strategies, and conducting A/B tests to optimize ad performance (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn).
- Google Ads – management and optimisation: create, optimise & report on PPC campaigns in Google Adwords.
- Planning, creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp & HubSpot.
- CRM Management
- Manage existing customer relationships as well as creating strong relationships with inbound leads.
- Conduct copywriting for various digital marketing channels – website copy, email campaigns, ad copy, brochures & landing pages.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- 2+ years' demonstrable experience in a Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail for managing multiple programs, campaigns, and special projects to meet deadlines.
- Experience in the drinks industry or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Enthusiastic team player with an ability to listen, learn, contribute, and influence
