- Identify and target potential clients through various sourcing channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable recruitment solutions
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and customized proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sales Executive in a similar industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a drive to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Flexibility to travel as required
- Prior experience in the recruitment industry would be an advantage
