Identify and target potential clients through various sourcing channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable recruitment solutions
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and customized proposals to prospective clients
Negotiate contract terms and close sales, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sales Executive in a similar industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a drive to succeed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Flexibility to travel as required
Prior experience in the recruitment industry would be an advantage
