- Lead and manage a team of account executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their goals and deliver outstanding results for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and strategic partner to understand their business objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, and media to develop integrated campaigns that align with client goals and objectives.
- Oversee the development and execution of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize results and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to inform client strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client services within an advertising agency or related industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering integrated advertising campaigns from concept to execution.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
