- Be a TPS brand ambassador
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of the company's e-commerce website content, promotions, and campaigns.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and a user-friendly experience.
- Assist in creating compelling product descriptions, images, and other content to drive sales.
- Support site merchandising strategy on the Ecommerce site to deliver a compelling consumer experience resulting in improved conversion rates, average order value, basket size, upsell and profitability.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO (search engine optimization) and aid in the implementation of strategies.
- Assist in the creation and management of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Support digital team in developing engaging email campaigns targeted towards end consumers, segmented by interests and preferences.
- Prepare reports on performance indicators and provide insights for optimization.
- Conduct research on competitors within the party supply market on various platforms.
- Assist in the launch of new products on e-commerce platforms and online campaigns.
- Analyze e-commerce metrics, sales data, and customer behavior.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct research on industry trends, and target audience preferences.
- Be a Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1+ years of retail experience
- 1+ years of ECommerce experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including word, excel, ppt, etc.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work 3+ days/week at the Corporate Office in Acton, MA
- Professional presentation in attire, demeanor, and appearance
