- Associate's Degree in Business Administration, HR or equivalent experience.
- CAA/CAP preferred.
- Positive attitude and common sense.
- Excellent communication skills in person (including presentation) and writing.
- Interviewing techniques.
- Business writing and documentation production skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Critical evaluation.

- Advanced computer skills - MS Office
- Experience with HRMS.
