This is a hybrid position that requires working in the Farmington, CT office at least once per week; can work from home up to 4 days per week. National and international travel 8-10 times per year.Primary Responsibilities:Develop and implement new products, processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results.Design, develop, implement and oversee the organization’s Environment, Health and Safety (“EH&S”) programs and procedures to safeguard employees and the environment. Serve as technical support for Enablon with advanced configuration engine, report engine, and back-end configuration experience.Serve as technical support for Qlik Sense data queries and dashboard creation. Serve as technical support for development of Remediation Services system.Serve as technical resource for Human Resource (“HR”) data and HR data interfaces. Inform management of the status and implementation plans of programs, services, and quality initiatives.Required Qualifications:Must possess a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and at least 10 years of progressive experience as a Computer Programmer or a related role. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
