As an ITIL Configuration Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure of large organizations. You ensure that all ICT components and their relationships are accurately tracked according to the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). This model provides a standardized set of terms and definitions used in all ServiceNow products.Responsibilities:Managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure and tracking the relationships between different components.Mapping the impact of changes in the IT infrastructure and assisting in making management decisions.Linking IT processes to business processes to assess the impact of IT on business operations.Identifying outdated components and planning replacement actions.Developing and maintaining the metamodel of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).Requirements:Knowledge of ITIL and preferably experience with configuration management and the CSDM model.Experience with large organizations, where the IT department has more than 100 employees.Analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex IT infrastructures.Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage others in change.Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.About Us:We are a leading company in IT consultancy and services.
