- Website Management (Shopify): Update/maintain the home page, collection pages, and PDPs as needed.
- Maintain seamless cross-channel catalogue consistency (450+ SKUs) for a flawless user experience.
- Support product launches by creating PDPs/product listings on our own US D2C Website as well as 3P Marketplaces: Amazon, eBay, Walmart and the nation’s most popular Home Improvement Retailers and Industrial Supply Partner sites: Homedepot.com, Lowes.com, Menards.com, Grainger.com and many more!
- Support the development of D2C websites in Canada and Mexico.
- Collaborate with IT to Setup, Test, and Establish EDI and other Data integrations are working correctly including; review syndication, Inventory, Pricing, and Order synchronization
- Support the strategy to deliver ambitious and defined annual revenue goals as well as best-in-class brand experience through our D2C channels.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing product data across multiple marketplaces including: Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, and other marketplaces.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing home improvement retailer sites (HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, Menards.com, etc. And Industrial Supply sites (Grainger.com, MSCdirect.com, etc.).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working within Shopify or comparable eCommerce platform.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, CommerceHub, or other retail/ecommerce platforms.
- Experience in ASIN creation, Catalog Management & Maintenance
- Experience with Amazon digital content (including SEO/copy, A+ content, and Stores)
- High attention to detail.
- ECommerce Merchandising Experience in support of Canada and/or Mexico websites.
- Written fluency in Spanish and/or French.
- This is a full-time Hybrid role (3 Days in-office, 2 Days Work-from-home) with standard working hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
