- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for billing software within the B2B sector.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including retailers, restaurants, and other businesses requiring billing solutions.
- Travel as necessary to meet with clients in person, conduct product demonstrations, and finalize sales agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
- Build a pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
- Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, including training sessions and troubleshooting, to ensure optimal utilization of the software.
- Utilize CRM and LeadSquared platforms effectively to manage leads, track interactions, and prioritize sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating excellent communication skills and rapport-building abilities.
- Demonstrate consistency in sales performance, meeting or exceeding targets regularly.
- Develop a deep understanding of Pallet Softwares products and services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Bachelors degree or masters with proven track record of 2-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Experience in selling billing software is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques and market research, with a keen eye for identifying potential clients and opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Experience with CRM platforms, particularly LeadSquared, for lead management and tracking.
- Openness to receiving training and coaching to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Strong rapport-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability in needs generation, objection handling, and conflict resolution.
- Consistent track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Thorough understanding of billing software and the ability to convey its value proposition effectively to clients.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
