Position OverviewSHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE…This position will report to the HQ Sales Operations Systems Manager and will provide support in executing key Company initiatives as it relates to Salesforce and the WW Sales organization.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze complex business problems to be solved within Salesforce, Clari, and integrated applicationsIdentify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and proceduresTranslate complex business requirements into streamlined process design and technical Salesforce implementationAssist with implementing process, organization, testing, training and maintenance strategyOwn and manage run-the-business Salesforce enhancements, as well as large change-the-business projectsRepresent the interests of Pure business groups (e.g., Finance, Renewals, Sales Management, Sales Ops, Legal, etc.) in supporting their businesses across sales applications (primarily SFDC along with other integrated applications)Work with vendors and internal partners to ensure that design, development, and testing are completed successfully for project implementationNOTE: THIS IS NOT A DEVELOPER ROLE. Skills you may have in this area are valuable, but development efforts will be performed by our IT team.QualificationsWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...8+ years of experience in a similar roleStrong technical knowledge of the Salesforce architecture. Deep understanding and experience around Sales Cloud data model (Opportunities, Accounts, etc.), core SFDC principles (profile, roles, sharing rules, validation rules, reports & dashboards, etc.), Salesforce CPQ, and Lightning UXCertification in Lean Six-Sigma, Pure Excellence’s Methodology, is preferred. This entails the ability to identify and eliminate waste; to improve flow; and to leverage the DMAIC problem solving approachExperience implementing and supporting Salesforce ETM (Enterprise Territory Management) preferredAbility to work independently and respond rapidly in a constant evolving business environmentDemonstrated experience and history of driving projects from start to finishMust be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorshipPay Transparency StatementSalary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
