We are looking for a creative Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator who can Think Big and Work Like Crazy. From monitoring industry trends and creating eye-popping engaging content to scheduling and interacting with our audience, you live for the social life. You will be instrumental in expanding our social presence across platforms, growing our brand awareness, driving engagement and play a key role in our digital marketing strategy. Added bonus: we work with literally thousands of brands creating everything from lip balm and personal care items to apparel, custom packaging, drinkware, spa products and more. You are guaranteed to NEVER get bored!KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create engaging and on-brand content through product photography, lifestyle photography, short format video
  • Manage digital assets utilizing our DAM
  • Report on trends and metrics to assist in developing a solid content strategy
  • Schedule daily posts on various platforms while tailoring content to each channel's audience
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments across multiple platforms to help build positive brand image
  • Monitor and report on industry and competitors
  • Stay current with latest trends, tools and best practices
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with creativity and precision
  • Extensive knowledge and use of social platforms relevant to business (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier experience a plus)
  • Proficient in Sprout Social
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Professional, social, friendly and able to work well within a highly functioning creative team
  • Driven and deadline oriented
  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ years of work experience creating engaging social media content
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Premier or other video editing software
  • Associate degree or higher preferred but not required
