  • Commercial Excellence: Align our commercial activities into one cohesive strategy. You'll be driving ownership and engagement in the teams - from Commercial Directors to Group MarCom - to translate strategy into measurable results.
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a clear strategy and execution plan focused on revenue growth and profitability, and utilizing digitalization. You'll set directions, build a strong sales funnel, and establish a data-informed commercial framework.
  • Marketing, Communication & Sustainability: Utilize Marketing, Communications, and Sustainability to build branding and market awareness, as well as generate leads and sales opportunities.
  • Insights into Results: Continuously leverage performance data to fine-tune and optimize commercial activities, ensuring profitability and efficiency in execution.

  • Industry Expertise: You know the ins and outs of the Logistics and Freight Forwarding world and have significant experience in leading commercial initiatives.
  • Influential Communicator: You can motivate, persuade, and inspire - whether you're talking to Commercial Directors, CEOs, customers, or your own team.
  • Collaborative Mindset: You thrive when aligning people and teams, ensuring everyone is connected and working toward shared goals.
