My client is looking to hire a superintendent to join their team based out of Richmond, VA!The Commercial Superintendent - $50M+ Projects - Richmond, VA will be responsible for:
+/- 5-10 years of experience within commercial construction
General contracting background
Strong base building background is required. Projects must be in excess of $50M
Preferred project types include but are not limited to: K-12, higher education, senior living, multifamily, municipal, industrial, health care
Demonstrated skills in: managing site activity, labor relations, anticipating and resolving project issues, establishing and enforcing site schedule requirements, managing site safety and insurance risks, and subcontractor management
Strong tenure at current and previous employers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
