- The primary objective of this role is to maximize acquisition from online channels.
- Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager include planning digital marketing campaigns across web and SEO/SEM channels.
- Various marketing avenues allow the use of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Foster strong connections between customers and the business.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to achieve goals.
- Analyze marketing and content performance as well as cost-effectiveness.
- Act as the authority on marketing and business data excellence.
- Develop a Digital Strategy merging Marketing and Promo Plans to acquire new users and retain existing customers.
- Create an ROI Funnel comparing Official Store Database performance to paid support.
- Work closely with Data Analysts to monitor and update ROI Funnel Data and provide monthly analysis to stakeholders.
- This position reports directly to the head of marketing.
- Previous working experience as a Digital Marketing for 5 years
- MA in Marketing, Communications, or a similar relevant field is preferred
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Creative thinker with a vision for crafting marketing communication and business strategy
- Experience in end-to-end campaign development, from planning, executing, and reporting
- Experience working with cross-functional/cross-discipline stakeholders
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, high curiosity about business
