As our business is continuously growing, we are looking at expanding our Sales team with an experienced Key Account Manager to support our customers in France. Sofico is a software company, developing and implementing our own ERP-software package. Whether it is consulting, developing or the architecture around it, we have in-house expertise. Our HQ is in Ghent, but we have no less than 9 other offices globally. Next to our Miles offering we are actively expanding our product portfolio with SaaS based solutions. Our ERP-software is called u2018Milesu2019 and is meant for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management. Itu2019s an end-to-end solution encompassing front-, mid- and back-office functions that can be extensively configurated to the customersu2019 needs. Our customers are leasing and finance companies, and mobility management companies in the finance and automotive sector. As a Key Account Manager, you will produce new business with a defined set of Soficou2019s largest existing accounts. You will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts and work together with virtual teams, including solution sales, product teams, support and professional services, in supporting our most esteemed clients. What you get to do in this role: Be the relationship manager between customers and Sofico and oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts. Work with the greater Sofico solution teams to develop a solution based on the customeru2019s strategic outcomes. Manage all executive relationships between Sofico and assigned clients. Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through assigned clientsu2019 organization, from business/project/IT teams to CxO level. Develop a clear roadmap and building capabilities across our clients and Sofico teams to promote an outstanding customer experience. Achieve financial targets set out for the assigned clients. You report to the Global Business Development & Marketing Manager and are part of a small but energetic team.
