- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate’s qualifications, coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring positive candidate experience while evaluating candidates against job requirements and cultural fit.
- Foster positive employee relations and serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and conduct employee training and development initiatives.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates
- Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Implement and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events.
- This position is for the Nagpur office, candidates willing to relocate to Nagpur may only apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field but if you are a great problem solver, a dropout is also welcome.
- Proven experience in human resources, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role in an IT/ITES/Startup would be preferred.
- Solid understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, assessment tools, HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Suite.
