- A sample of the responsibilities associated with this job include,
- Estimation and preparation of quantities from drawings (i.e. BOQ, BOM etc)
- Certification of bills and invoices from vendors, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Preparing Rate Analysis
- Preparing the project Budget
- Certifying RA Bills
- Certifying Weekly Contractors & Subcontractors Bills
- Monitoring NMR cost within the estimate
- Ensure the costing as per the Budget.
- Preparing MIS reports for Costing
- Preparing Additions / Rebates Bill for clients
- Preparation of unbilled report
- Preparation of Projected Billing
- Comparison of Budgeted cost vs Billing vs Expenditure
- Preparation of bar binding schedule.
- Complete estimation & quality statement, pricing, rate analysis, budgeting cash flow to be generated.
2. Very good Excel skills
Very good skills in rate analysis and familiarity with labour productivity
3. Familiarity with specifications and sub-contractsMinimum Qualification: Degree in relevant fieldMinimum Job Experience: 8-10 yearsReporting to: DirectorTravel: Yes, as and when required.
