Analyze and interpret the normative and legislative documents and convey them to the people or departments interested in.
Provide legal advice and assistance to company's management and internal clients;
Draft and analyze documents, projects and legal documents;
Verify the legality of legal and administrative documents received for approval;
Draft and approve internal decisions, legal documents, as well as any other normative, contractual documents drawn up by the company or other economic agents or public institutions;
Acts as an advisor to business teams and maintain the relationship within group;
Analyze information quickly, completely and effectively in order to to have an objective and solid basis for decision-making, drafting legal proposals and recommendations.

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Law;
Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar position;
Knowledge of civil, commercial Romanian legislation;
Excellent command of written and spoken English language;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Demonstrate effective verbal and written skills;
Ability to analyze and synthesize;
Action oriented, able to work under tight deadlines;
Open-mindedness, critical thinking, adaptability, willingness to learn.
Mediator skills;
Team player.
