- Analyze and interpret the normative and legislative documents and convey them to the people or departments interested in.
- Provide legal advice and assistance to company's management and internal clients;
- Draft and analyze documents, projects and legal documents;
- Verify the legality of legal and administrative documents received for approval;
- Draft and approve internal decisions, legal documents, as well as any other normative, contractual documents drawn up by the company or other economic agents or public institutions;
- Acts as an advisor to business teams and maintain the relationship within group;
- Analyze information quickly, completely and effectively in order to to have an objective and solid basis for decision-making, drafting legal proposals and recommendations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law;
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of civil, commercial Romanian legislation;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English language;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written skills;
- Ability to analyze and synthesize;
- Action oriented, able to work under tight deadlines;
- Open-mindedness, critical thinking, adaptability, willingness to learn.
