And now we are looking for a Marketing Manager in Russia to join our RU team.Description

Create growth marketing strategies for 10+ games such as MLBB, PubG M, Genshin Impact, etc.
Responsible for the operation of Russian community VK, TG, Discord, etc. to increase the number of new recruits and GMV conversion rate of the community
Responsible for exploring and connecting with KOLs of major mainstream games, including cooperation negotiations and performance reviews
Responsible for exploring and building new partners and local resources, including offline activities, local brand promotion activities, etc.

Qualifications

Native Russian speaker, proficient (B2+) in English.
Game enthusiast and understand various kinds of games, and local trends. Applicants with game industry experience are preferred.
Familiarity with the latest gaming culture, Esports & trends as well as a vast gaming influencers network will be an advantage.
Be communicative, cooperative, and creative. Bear good marketing and user-oriented thinking.
Strong leadership skills, and good at creating standard marketing SOP.
Familiarity and experience with social media platforms and tools.
At least 3 years experience in growth marketing related to game industry

Conditions:

Remote work (but the candidate has to be located in Russia for possible offline events attendance)
Timezone: MSK 10:00 - 19:00
