- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, following up, and closing on leads
- Initiating lead/demand generation strategies, including inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns
- Providing consistent, concise, and accurate internal and external communications.
- Delivering timely weekly/monthly sales lead generation activity reports to management
- Collaborating effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Assisting in the preparation of concise, targeted proposals and contracts
- Developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a sales representative in a BPO setup
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office and Gsuite
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to analyze situations and adapt strategies based on previous training data
- Strong task management and organization skills with a focus on priority and urgency
