- Build cadence with channel partners by reviewing progress and planning strategies, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded by Partners.
- Align cross-functionally on sales-oriented activities, including marketing (field and digital), sales, promotions, tradeshows, and coordination of Partner Enablement.
- Manage multiple channel routes to market to help accelerate revenue growth
- Collaborate with HTB sales executives to leverage external partners including Resellers, Distributors, SI/GSI, Managed Service Providers, and Alliances (Telco, OEM, Cloud) to deliver longer-term, cross-sell/upsell opportunities
- Work to evolve emerging partners as potential future Strategic Partners thus improving the HTB Partner Ecosystem.
- Achieve 4x partner pipeline generation from the named set of strategic partners as well as sales, pre-sales and services enablement of those partners.
- Own and drive relationships with external team such as, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Sales and Product Management
- Provide recommendations to improve partners sales strategies, coverages and capabilities
- Support the development and execution of the partner’s business plan, advising on strategic development and/or expansion by industry, geography and solution
- Experience building and running an ecosystem or strategic alliances in the EMEA region.
- Experience in partner enablement, GTM strategies, Partner Business Planning and Account Reviews
- Analytical thinking and data driven approach in order to creat actionable growth plans
- Must be willing to travel throughout the EMEA regions including attendance at business reviews and ad hoc meetings
- Experience with Resellers, GSI's, CSP’s, ISVs, Telco Carriers and Distribution to increase market share and grow revenue is preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, prioritization, time management and negotiation with stakeholders at all levels.
