- Deliver the Projects Social Licence to Operate by developing stakeholder relationships and overseeing community development initiatives.
- Identify and manage social risks and opportunities within the Project's area of influence.
- Work with host communities and partners to create sustainable economic and social benefits.
- Support feasibility studies, ESIA activities, and transition the Project into construction and operation.
- Facilitate transparent and trustworthy engagement with stakeholders.
- Maintain a registry of local stakeholders and implement the Stakeholder Engagement Plan.
- Facilitate CDCs monthly meetings and ensure stakeholders are informed about Project activities.
- Manage the Projects Grievance Mechanism, including complaint resolution.
- Conduct diagnostic workshops with Community Development Committees to identify needs and prioritize initiatives.
- Manage community development projects, establish performance indicators, and monitor activities.
- Monitor social and economic impacts of operations and provide induction and awareness training.
- Monitor community population influx and implement management programs.
- Support local business opportunities and ensure compliance with social targets.
- Coordinate training for local suppliers and identify technical training needs.
- Assist Community Manager and officers in their activities.
