- The team focuses on a variety of “missions” from planning, setting up new businesses, and end-to-end project management and execution of company initiatives
- Search for insights into multiple Grab Stakeholders
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities
- Research competitors and suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities
- Lead multiple process improvement projects in direct collaboration with different project and vertical leads and management
- Ensure efficient coordination of various departments by implementing an optimized set of processes and systems
- Oversee project delivery and change management processes, including leading critical and high visibility strategic initiatives
- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of projects and programs
- Collect data on various metrics to create performance baselines and implement it across regions
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
- Possess strong business acumen, curiosity about data, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and is able to draw key insights from numbers.
- Experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects and creating business cases and models for business growth.
- A team player with a collaborative spirit, excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working on the field, engaging closely with stakeholders, and handling different personalities and business objectives in a calm, composed manner.
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, humble, and adaptable, with the ability to learn on the fly.
- Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of experience in operations and/or project management.
- Must be based in Davao City.
- Open to travel from time to time within Mindanao and other parts of the country as needed.
- You are knowledgeable in SQL and/or Python.
- Lead multiple process improvement projects across Mindanao with direct contact to top management in the organization
- Ensure efficient coordination of various departments by implementing an optimized set of processes and systems

- Overall Expansions and Partner liaison, from metrics monitoring to scorecard deliberation
- Data and dashboarding champion for Mindanao
- Direct collaborator with S&P and Product teams for tech rollouts in Mindanao
- P&L monitor, working closely with Marketplace representatives to ensure financial objectives are met and managed
