Summary of Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist Director of Sponsored Programs with tracking grant expenses and communicating with grant directors. Assist with grant regulatory tracking.
  • Assist with budget analysis and compliance of grants by tracking expenses and rate of spending
  • Communicate with grant holders, and assist with budget modifications
  • Assist with IRB, IACUC, and IBC tracking
  • Track percent of effort across all grants and track to ensure compliance with funding agency and university policy
  • Input and track information regarding reporting requirements and monitor report submission
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Education Requirements
  • Two years of college. Related experience may be exchanged year-for-year to meet qualifications.
Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements
  • Budgeting experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, and editing skills are required
  • Independent worker
  • Computer skills, Word, Excel, Adobe-basic, Email, etc.
Preferred Education and/or Experience Qualifications
  • Grant experience preferred
