Environmental Science Project Manager

- Manage and oversee all aspects of environmental projects as part of our Dakota and Wyoming environmental team.
- Provide hands-on mentoring and supervision, engage in team participation while championing a quality culture.
- Stay up to date on evolving environmental regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Wyoming.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Oversee project budgets and timelines while managing project risks.
- Contribute to business development efforts for environmental services in Wyoming including writing proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Environment Science or closely related field
- 10 years experience in complex environmental planning/compliance projects
- Demonstrated knowledge of the NEPA process
- Experience managing large, complex NEPA documents for transportation, large facility, land management, or other infrastructure projects
- Technical expertise in the design, implementation, interpretation and presentation of data for environmental studies and investigations in specialized discipline
- Proficient with MS Office
- Demonstrated knowledge of NEPA and the environmental process is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of data collection, interpretation, reduction, analysis, and presentation; Self-starter with excellent writing and communication skills. Strong conceptual, organizational, problem solving, and research. skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; Strong oral and written communication skills. ArcGIS or Arc Pro experience a plus
