- To cooperate with the General Manager of Vietnam to carry out market planning, channel development, expert relationships maintenance and at-hospital project introduction based on local market. The main responsibilities include:
- Market studies and planning: To conduct market studies in the field of prenatal screening and diagnosis, neonatal screening, and to look for market development opportunities, and to carry out market planning;
- Channel development and management: To develop local agents with potential customer network relationships and marketing development capabilities, and to reach agreements with potential agents, and to maintain and manage the agents;
- Expert relationship maintenance and customer development: By cooperating with various channels, to develop and maintain relationships with experts in the related area of birth defects prevention and control, and to develop a network of potential customers, and to assist agents in carrying out trainings, multiple ways of marketing activities including organizing academic seminars etc.
- Work experience requirements: At least three years of channel development and sales experience in local medical industry, in vitro diagnostics (IVD) or genetic testing products sales and marketing experience is preferred;
- Educational background and language skills: Bachelor's degree or above in biology/medical related majors, proficient in English and fluent in local language;
- Business development and international perspective: Candidates having a network of local experts in medical area especially for birth defects prevention and control, and agent resources and international business development experience are preferred;
- Teamwork spirit: Candidates with strong sense and ability of teamwork.
- To cooperate with the General Manager of Vietnam to generate marketing and sales plans based om local market, to build close relationships with potential customers and to reach marketing goals. The main responsibilities include:
- Market studies and planning: To conduct market studies in the field of prenatal screening and diagnosis, neonatal screening, and to look for market development opportunities, and to carry out market planning;
- Local market development: Responsible for the development of the Vietnamese market, including customer development amd business negotiations, as well as the maintenance of customer relationships; to provide solutions based on customer demands.
- Expert relationship development and maintenance: To work with the Chinese team to continuously keep relationships with local influential experts and to jointly promote the planning, construction and standardized management of screening-diagnosis system.
- Implementation of marketing activities: To cooperate with Vietnamese sales leader to implement marketing activities.
