This individual will be responsible for leading and developing the analytics team as well as defining and implementing measurement strategies that align with business objectives within recruitment and retention as well as for OCE as a whole. This will include producing impactful recruiting, enrollment and retention analyses driven by core KPIs and delivering performance reports with actionable insights. This individual will serve as a multi systems and analytical expert, working closely with recruitment, retention and OCE leadership and their teams to ensure alignment with institutional goals (growth, efficiency, and profitability). In addition, they will collaborate and work cross-functionally with marketing and other analytic and program support teams to ensure alignment and consistency.Job Responsibilities:Reporting and Analysis - Developing custom enrollment and retention dashboard based on business needs and objectives. Reporting on key metrics, analyzing, and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data. Analyzing the effect of different online and offline channels. Developing and implementing innovative strategies for improvement and growth. Performing ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different strategies and tactics. Performing ad-hoc analyses to assist in prioritization and risk management, conversion data and customer journey, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution. Maintain campus level monthly and executive reports. Conduct regular forecasting and predictive analysis. 45%Performance Management - Identifying business objectives and advise on suitable measurement strategies. Benchmarking performance across all teams and advising on KPIs down to the individual level. Identify specific opportunities or risk associated with team performance and strategy execution. Use methodical performance analysis to influence/support enrollment tactics and strategies. Responsible to report on performance, insights to all levels of the organization 25%Lead and develop Recruitment Analytics team. This will include training on all systems and relevant resources necessary to fulfill job requirements. It will also include direction on how to prioritize and supply support based on departmental and overall business needs. 25%May perform other duties and responsibilities that leadership may deem necessary such as specific project assignments. 5%Additional Requirements:Operation Essential Personnel - This position may be asked to work during an official closure, but who is otherwise not required to report to the physical campus during a closure and whose absence does not present a risk to the safety, resources, and well-being of the campus per FASOP HR-01.Minimum Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Decision Sciences, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science or related field with 7 years of experienceSpecific Experience: Strong knowledge/ proficiency with industry standard analytics / visualization tools like Google Analytics, Tableau etc. required Proficiency with visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL and SAS. In addition, significant experience with the use of Salesforce. Familiarity with data storage and processing platforms (Snowflake, SQL, Server etc.) Advanced knowledge/ proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required. Knowledge and experience in recruitment/enrollment in the educational spacePreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Business, Education or Social Sciences with 8-10 years of experienceSpecific Experience: Strong knowledge/ proficiency with industry standard analytics / visualization tools like Google Analytics, Tableau etc. required In addition, significant experience with the use of Salesforce.
