- Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans that promote language development.
- Provide individualized attention and support to each student to ensure their academic and emotional growth.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through regular assessments and observations.
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress and attendance.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with current educational practices.
- Adhere to the school's policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Nursery English Teacher or a similar role.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Passionate about working with young children and creating a positive learning environment.
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of teachers and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach towards students.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of individual students.
