- Advertising, sourcing and screening applicants
- Respond to all resourcing queries in a timely manner
- Maintain the internal database for storing all applicant details
- Assess the suitability of applicants against the agreed role profile and provide a shortlist of applicants for interview.
- Identifying potential employees via searching, sourcing, headhunting
- Liaise with external recruitment partners
- Utilise company website, social media sites to assist in recruitment of suitable candidates
- Ensure company website, social media sites contain correct and relevant information and update these as required
- Arrange interviews with potential employees
- Collate feedback and update candidates accordingly
- Preparation of New Starter Packs, and pre-employment checks
- Review and update job descriptions
- To actively work towards maintaining and improving the Zeeco Quality system whilst adhering to the requirements of the ISO9001: 2008.
- To ensure that the Company Health and Safety Policy is adhered to, actively promoting a safe working environment.
- HR Admin duties as and where required
- Provide an efficient resourcing support service to ensure recruitment needs are met in a timely manner.

- Experience/Knowledge
- 2 years working in a Recruitment /HR environment desirable.
- Experience of working in a ISO environment desirable
