- Analyzes workforce trends and data to forecast short-term and long-term staffing needs using Workday’s Adaptive
- Tracks workforce metrics — including turnover rates, time to fill, overtime, and absenteeism — to analyze workforce trends and assess their impact on the University’s operations and strategic goals
- Collaborates with the Lindenwood Learning Academy by researching and gathering data aimed at identifying gaps in knowledge and skills within the workforce
- Assists in budget and long-range financial planning by estimating labor costs and workforce-related expenses
- Analyzes workforce trends and provides strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies in workforce planning efforts
- Designs, develops, configures, and tests simple to complex business processes, reports, dashboards, and system updates within Workday and Adaptive
- Manages and maintains HRIS systems by ensuring data accuracy, security, and functionality
- Prepares various human resources (HR) reports including Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS), College and University Professional Association (CUPA), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and American Association of University Professors (AAUP)
- Assists with system upgrades, data migrations, and implementations of new HR technologies

- Develops effective working relationships across campus to gather information and insight to support short- and long-term staffing plans
- Compares internal data with external market data and advises University leaders on indicators, trends, and changes
- Assists HR team and leaders with ensuring data integrity and analyzing dashboards and reports for accuracy and efficiency
- Leverages professional groups to stay informed of system functionality, best practices, and feature updates
- Understands how the HRIS system interacts with other University systems and processes; collaborates across departments as needed to ensure efficient integrations and accurate data
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with workforce management and HRIS systems
- Certification in workforce planning, HRIS, or HR analytics
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex workforce data
- Experience with data visualization tools to present workforce trends and data
- Familiarity with predictive analytics and statistical modeling
- Experience in budgeting and labor cost forecasting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
