- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns using Constant Contact, analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies.
- Prepare the IMPOWER email newsletter, sending to the audience on the 7th of each month.
- Track and report month monthly summary of email statistics, submitting by the 2nd of each month
- Create content, schedule, manage, and grow our presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Track and report monthly on social media metrics. Reports are due by the 5th of the following month.
- Respond to social media messages and inquiries within 2 hours during business hours. Also respond to comments in a timely fashion, as needed.
- Regularly update and monitor our website using WordPress, ensuring content is current, accurate, and optimally SEO positioned.
- Create effective forms using the Gravity Forms application.
- Track and report monthly on website traffic metrics by the 3rd of the following month.
- Actively participate on teams focused on improving the website, the UX, and the UI.
- Analyze collected data to guide recommendations on marketing strategy, objective, and tactics, particularly as it relates to email and social media marketing.
- Represent IMPOWER at various networking events, building relationships with stakeholders and media outlets to enhance outreach and impact.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media to increase organization exposure and public engagement.
- Collaborate in the development and refinement of marketing and development strategies.
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of fundraising events to ensure success and achieve fundraising goals.
- Works effectively and collaboratively with staff, volunteers, clients and other community members providing clear goals, feedback, reasonable deadlines, and setting expectations.
- Complete required training courses within designated time frame.
- Abide by ethics, policies and procedures and professional standards of IMPOWER.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record in managing digital content and marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canvas, WordPress, Constant Contact or similar platforms, Microsoft 365, and familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
- Strong ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and presentations.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, requiring disciplined self-management and initiative.
- Experience in the nonprofit sector, particularly in health-related fields, is a plus.
- Successful background screenings through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, State and County
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance, and successful motor vehicle driving record background check
- Negative result from a multi panel drug screen
