The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the Role:For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an Open Innovation Packaging & Design intern to join our Open Innovation team of our Strategy and Innovation department.In this position, the intern will report directly to the Open Innovation Packaging & Design Manager.Main Responsibilities:By covering this role, you will support scouting activities for packaging innovation, map and structure the landscape of opportunities for potential projects and provide back-end support in the acceleration process of scouted project while operating in a brand-new Open Innovation Packaging and Design Laboratory.Moreover, you will facilitate packaging development through an effective data analysis and spotless execution.
The main geographic focus will be Europe, Africa and Middle East, interacting with Open Innovation Packaging and Design Manager, internal and external Innovation streams experts and other Ferrero Open Innovation team members in Americas and APAC.
On top of this, contributing inputs to key stakeholders at the Headquarters will be also under your responsibility.Finally, you will have the opportunity to participate in bridging the innovation from the hubs on global projects and collaborate with Headquarter Partners of any type.Who we are looking for:You will bring your educational background in Sciences or Engineering with an interest in FMCG packaging.Curious and organized, you are able to understand basic chemical and mechanical evaluation like stress/strain curves.
