  • Engage in live chat, email, and potentially inbound calls as required by the project.
  • Document each step taken and categorize cases and potential bugs.
  • Stay informed and updated on client policies and guidelines, including policy, safety, and copyright management.
  • Address various issues such as problems with video playback, uploading, account management, and bugs.
  • Analyze data and trends to generate insights for customers and report on key performance indicators.
  • Identify client issues and troubleshoot to provide solutions.
Qualifications:
  • C1/C2 proficiency in German
  • C1 proficiency in English
