- Appoint distributors, dealers, and trade partners in the region to expand market presence and distribution network.
- Set sales targets and monitor distributor performance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Determine scheme and incentive entitlements based on distributor performance to drive motivation and engagement.
- Drive revenue objectives for Birla Pivot products by acquiring new customers and upselling to existing ones.
- Engage with authorities, projects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and architects to secure approvals for Birla Pivot products.
- Coordinate sample presentations, mock-ups, and visits for prospective and existing customers as required.
- Facilitate connections between Birla Pivot sales team and customers who have approved the product for streamlined enquiry process management.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and regular buyers through continuous interaction and engagement.
- Follow up on payments as per collection plans to maintain healthy cash flow and financial stability.
- Conduct competition benchmarking to stay informed about market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning. Stay on top of new opportunities, approaches, and channel strategies.
- Provide inputs for the validation of channel sales Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Gather product feedback by visiting in-progress and completed projects, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve fulfilment issues to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
